With a 10,000 acre spread as Meling's, you have a lot of places to hike. You just point a finger and go. You may hike down stream , check out the Indian writings, visit the Family Cemetery, look for Arrowheads or just see the sights.

You may also take a sack lunch and visit the National Park along with the Observatory which includes a guided tour of the telescopes (10 am to 1 pm), or simply take a hike in the meadows and relax under a pine tree and enjoy your lunch. Then you return to ranch for a great family style dinner.
